Furnished seasonal rental of the whole villa (not a primary residence). Applicable to the 2026 season.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the seasonal rental of Villa Terra — a five-bedroom villa with service bedroom and pool, above Lecci (20137). The villa is let whole, furnished and equipped, for residential and leisure use only, for a fixed term with no right of tenure.
2. Capacity
The villa sleeps up to 14 guests. This number may not be exceeded without prior written agreement. Sub-letting is prohibited.
3. Rates
Rents follow the seasonal rate card (public price, whole villa), Saturday to Saturday:
- Low season — €10,906 / week
- Mid season — €12,208 / week
- High season — €16,506 / week
- Peak season — €19,005 / week
- Peak season (August) — €20,505 / week
In addition to the rent: housekeeping (cleaning, linen and welcome) — €650 flat fee; tourist tax — €4.40 per person per night; and any optional services selected. Details appear on the firm quote.
4. Booking & payment
A booking becomes firm on receipt of the signed contract and a 40% deposit of the stay amount. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of €5,000 is requested before check-in (card hold) and returned after the check-out inventory, less any damage.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation policy (“Firm” type): cancel 30 days or more before arrival — full refund of amounts paid, deposit included; cancel between 30 and 7 days before arrival — 50% of the stay amount is retained; cancel less than 7 days before arrival — no refund. Any service fees are non-refundable.
6. Arrival & departure
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 10 am, unless otherwise arranged. The exact address is shared upon confirmation. The villa hosts only one party at a time.
7. Guest obligations
- Enjoy the property peacefully and respect neighbours and the maquis environment.
- Return the villa in the condition in which it was handed over.
- Hold holiday insurance covering rental liability.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the SCI's registered office. Guests may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
