What a hotel cannot sell
In a hotel your committee crosses other groups at the buffet, in the lift, on the terrace. At Villa Terra there is one group at a time, no passing traffic and no staff sleeping on site unless you ask. For a strategic subject that is not a comfort, it is a condition.
Beyond twenty, take a hotel
The villa has no fifty-seat plenary room, no technical booth, no events team. For an extended committee, a convention or a format with several simultaneous workshops, a seminar hotel does it better. We would rather say so before the quotation than after the stay.

What working spaces does a villa actually offer?
The cinema room serves as a projection room: screen, sound system, complete blackout. The lounge, the dining room seating fourteen, the covered terraces and the pool house take the breakout groups — four distinct spaces without leaving the property, which a hotel only allows by booking four rooms.
Is confidentiality genuinely better in a villa?

What about meals — isn't a hotel simpler?
A hotel often includes full board. In a villa, a private chef at €1,900 for the week takes charge of the group's table: for fourteen people that compares with fourteen covers in a restaurant twice a day, without the drive or the designated driver. The kitchen and summer kitchen remain available if you prefer your own supplier.
Can a villa be booked for two or three days only?
Rental runs by the week, Saturday to Saturday — that is the main rigidity against a hotel, which sells by the night. Outside high season the concierge considers shorter formats case by case. In July and August the full week is the rule.
