From €211 to €122 by group size
The rate is for the whole villa, not per head: only the tourist tax varies. In low season the cost per person per night falls from €211 with eight participants to €169 with ten, €142 with twelve and €122 with fourteen. Coming at full capacity almost halves the bill.
The same stay, twice the price
€11,987 in low season, €21,586 at August peak: €9,600 of difference for the same villa and the same group. It is the most profitable trade-off an organiser can make, and it costs nothing but a shift in the calendar.
With chef and transfers
Low season, fourteen people, seven nights, private chef and transfers from Figari included: €14,367, that is €1,026 per person for the week or €147 a night. At that level nobody drives, hunts for a restaurant or hires a car.

What does a corporate seminar in Corsica cost for fourteen people?
From €11,987 in low season to €21,586 at August peak for seven nights, that is €856 to €1,542 per participant, or €122 to €220 per person per night. The figure covers rental of the whole villa, end-of-stay housekeeping (€650) and tourist tax (€4.40 per person per night). It does not cover meals, flights or speakers.
Does the price change with the number of participants?
The rate is for the whole villa: it does not vary with the number of occupants. Only the tourist tax follows headcount. The cost per participant changes a great deal: in low season it falls from €211 per person per night with eight participants to €122 with fourteen.
Which charges are always added?
Two only: end-of-stay housekeeping, a flat €650, and tourist tax at €4.40 per person per night, paid to the commune — €431 for fourteen people over seven nights. No booking fee, no platform commission.
What do the optional services cost?

Which season is best for the budget?
May, June, September and early October. The gap between low season and August exceeds €9,600 for the same stay. It is also the period when the climate best suits working days: August heat is a real handicap for a seminar.
Is the invoice issued to the company?
Yes. SCI TERRA DI FAMIGLIA, registered for VAT, issues an invoice in the company's name. A detailed quotation precedes any commitment, and a technical dossier is available for procurement teams.
