May and early June
The best window. Low season until 20 June, settled weather, a quiet island, full air service from April. This is the period we recommend first for a management committee.
Mid-September and October
The switch on 13 September brings the rate back to low season while the sea is still warm and seasonal flights run to late October. The second-best window, by a matter of days.
April
Low season, seasonal routes to Figari reopening, an entirely clear island. The weather is more variable than in May — that is the only reservation.
November to March
Low season too, but only three air routes serve Figari year-round. A winter seminar is built on Marseille, Nice and Paris-Orly, or goes via Ajaccio.

Why August is a poor working month
August heat is not a comfort detail: it shortens useful mornings and empties afternoons. In May, June and September a workshop day holds without anyone dropping out at two o'clock. Experienced organisers raise this first, before the budget.
Three routes in winter, around thirty in summer
Air Corsica serves Figari year-round from Marseille, Nice and Paris-Orly. Every other link — London, Brussels, Geneva, Zurich, Frankfurt, Milan and most major French cities — is seasonal, roughly April to October. A February seminar is built on those three routes.

When is the best time for a seminar in Corsica?
May, early June, mid-September and October. The climate suits working days, the island is quiet, air service is complete and rates are those of low season. These four windows offer the best balance between working comfort and budget.

Can a seminar be held in Corsica in winter?
Yes, and at low-season rates. The constraint is air travel: only three routes serve Figari year-round — Marseille, Nice and Paris-Orly, operated by Air Corsica. All other routes are seasonal, roughly April to October. Ajaccio airport, two hours by road, offers more frequencies.
When exactly does low season begin?
Low season runs from 1 January to 20 June and from 13 September to 31 December. Moving a week from 6 to 13 September takes the stay from €13,289 to €11,987 — €1,302 for seven days' difference, with identical weather.
Why avoid July and August for a seminar?
Two reasons. The budget doubles: €21,586 against €11,987. And the heat shortens useful days — an August afternoon session holds badly. Add the saturation of the beaches between eleven and five and the congestion of the coastal roads.
Is the villa available all year?
Villa Terra opens in April 2027. From then it is let year-round, by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Outside high season the concierge considers shorter formats case by case.
