The airport, first
Figari–Sud-Corse serves Marseille, Nice and Paris-Orly year-round, plus around thirty French and European destinations from April to October. That timetable determines the possible dates, not the other way round.
The season, next
May, early June, mid-September and October. The weather holds, the island is quiet, and the rate is low season — €9,599 less than August for the same stay. August heat is a real handicap for working days.
The venue, outside town
Porto-Vecchio is a town whose population multiplies tenfold in summer. A seminar sits badly there in July and August: traffic, parking, and constantly crossing other groups. Fifteen minutes is enough to escape it.
Transfers, last
For a group arriving on one flight, a private transfer at €480 spares fourteen people the hire desk. Over a stay with daily outings, one or two cars remain useful.

A territory MICE forgot
In August 2026, the “seminars in Corsica” page of one of the main French venue-booking engines listed no Corsican venue at all. The south of the island is a credible seminar destination that almost nobody presents as one — and that is precisely why it remains available in May and September.
Why a seminar does not belong there
Porto-Vecchio has everything for a team dinner and nothing for three days of work. Between June and September a group crosses other people constantly — in the lobby, on the terrace, at breakfast. The confidentiality of a management committee does not survive that environment.
What fifteen minutes buys
Villa Terra sits on the heights of Lecci, fifteen minutes from the centre. The group works in quiet, dines in town when it chooses, and returns to an enclosed 5,300 m² property where it is the only occupant. The town becomes a choice, not an imposed backdrop.

How do you bring a team to the Porto-Vecchio area?
Via Figari–Sud-Corse (FSC) airport, thirty-five minutes from Villa Terra and nineteen kilometres from Porto-Vecchio. Three routes run year-round with Air Corsica — Marseille, Nice and Paris-Orly — and around thirty French and European destinations are added from roughly April to October.
Can a seminar be held in the town centre?
Technically yes, but it is rarely a good idea between June and September. Porto-Vecchio's population multiplies tenfold in summer: traffic, parking and constantly crossing other groups. For a management committee, confidentiality does not survive that environment.
